He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Magilton and Shirley Magilton; and his son Justin Curran (Carol Hunt). He is survived by: his siblings, Sheila Pagnotti (Robert), Dennis Magilton (Elise) and Kevin Magilton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Schenecctady Memorial Park (566 Giffords Church Rd, Schenectady, NY 12306).
