He was predeceased by: his mother Esther Prusky (Van Alphen); and his siblings, Earl, Tony, Jake, Francis, Ramon, Dorothy and Catherine.
He is survived by: his wife Melody Prusky; his son Zach Prusky; his daughter-in-law Kristen Prusky; his grandchildren, Ryder and Ayla Prusky; and his siblings, Sharon Prusky, Gail Sward, Shauna Forucci, Lilian LaTour, Stella Prusky, Louis Prusky and Mike Prusky. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
