He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Quigley and Anne Quigley of St. Catharines; and his brother Steven Quigley. He is survived by: his siblings, Brian (Jan) of Texas and Brenda (Greg) of California. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
