She is survived by: her children, Cheyenne A. Adams (Rachel Grice), Dwayne P. Adams, Jr., Tyrese M. Adams and Caedyn T. Adams; her granddaughter Avia E. Adams; her mother Shirley D. Wagoner (Diane G. Wischlburger); her siblings, Ashley C. Parmatier (Addison), Sean R. Bouck and Michael J. Parmatier (Isabella); and her pets, Lex, Leo and Snaggletooth (Louis).

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Lisa's children.
