He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerardo Savona and Angela Savona; and his brothers, Natale, Antonio and Domenico.
He is survived by: his wife Emilia; his children, Frank Savona (Sabina), Gino Savona (Lisa) and Remo Savona; his grandchildren, Emily, Josh, Victor and Gabriella; and his sisters, Maria Venditti (late Benedetto) and Rita Cianfarani (late Armando). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
