He was predeceased by: his father Donald Wayand. He is survived by: his mother Lynn Wayand (Dupree); his children, Marissa Chunn (Steve Seegmiller), Brittany Wayand (Kenneth Kowalski) and Justin Wayand (Cate); his grandchildren, Abraham, Skylar, Finnley, Grant and Jake; his brothers, Michael Wayand, David Wayand (Lori) and Thomas Wayand (Laura); and his siblings' children, Tamara, Jonathan and Andrew.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 20th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Glenville Funeral Home (9 Glenridge Rd, Schenectady, NY 12302). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, July 21st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Joseph's Catholic Church (231 2nd St, Scotia, NY 12302).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Mark's name may be made to the Scotia-Glenville Elks, 176 Sacandaga Rd, Scotia, NY 12302.
