He is survived by: his wife Linda S. Quackenbush; his sons, Martin E. Quackenbush, Sean Quackenbush and Stephen Quackenbush (Kerri); his grandchildren, Skylar and Marten Quackenbush; and his siblings, Roberta Trench (late Walter), Robert Quackenbush, Patricia Quackenbush (Paula L.), Katherine Quackenbush Blair (Michael) and William Quackenbush (Melissa S.). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and loving friends.
