She was predeceased by: her parents, John Zachar and Eleanor Zachar (Lewinski); her husband Merrill Negus; and her brother David Zachar. She is survived by: her children, Melinda White (George) and Andrew Negus; and her grandchildren, George White, Leah White, Avery Negus and Lola Negus.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 12:15 PM at the Glenville Funeral Home (9 Glenridge Rd, Scotia, NY 12302). A committal service was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 at 1:30 PM at the Gerald B. H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery.
Following calling hours, we will drive in procession to Gerald B.H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery, where Mary Ann will be laid to rest alongside her beloved Merrill following a committal service at 1:30 p.m. In honor of Mary Ann's lifelong love for animals, memorial donations may be made to the Animal Protective Foundation in Glenville.
