He is survived by: his wife Courtney A. Jensen-Krzykowski of Rotterdam; his brothers, Joshua E. Galusha and Noah H. Galusha; and his siblings-in-law, Colleen Jensen, I'll and Lanny Jensen of Rotterdam. He is also survived by daughter's aunts, uncles, godparents, and cousins.
