Michael A. Ottati Jr. Obituary
We are sad to announce that on November 5, 2025, at the age of 83, Michael A. Ottati Jr. of Schenectady, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Michael may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Anthony Ottati, Sr. and Mary Murphy Ottati; his wife Nancy W. Ottati; and his grandson Vance Michael Ottati. He is survived by: his sons, Christopher M. Ottati (David Rivera) of Connecticut and Andrew R. Ottati (Maureen); his grandchild Mallari of Schenectady; and his brother Patrick Ottati of Hampton Bays. He is also survived by loving friends, co-workers and neighbors.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Jones Funeral Home (2020 Central Ave, Albany, NY 12205).
In lieu of flowers, donations to the City Mission of Schenectady are encouraged.
