She was predeceased by: her parents, Cletus "Cliff" Hoffman and Janice Hoffman (Dennis); her husband Michael R. Furman; and her daughter Christina. She is survived by: her daughters, Melody Kot (Christopher) and Harmony Furman (Joshua); her grandchildren, Lucas, Arabella and Axel Kot; her siblings, Frank Hoffman, Howard Hoffman and Lavonne Hoffman Brinkmann; and her close friend Jerome Vaverchak.
