He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicandro Ottaviano and Amelia Dente Ottaviano; his wife Marie DeLissio Ottaviano; and his siblings, Gioia Ottaviano, Orazio 'Buddy Ottaviano and Peter Ottaviano.
He is survived by: his children, Dana Ottaviano (Joey), Nicole (Chuck Frederico), Marcia Ottaviano and Paul Ottaviano; his grandchildren, Mike (Laura), Rocco (Jade), Johnny (Kaleigh) and Alexa; and his brother-in-law Arthur DeLissio (Nancy). He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren.
