She was predeceased by: her parents, Nils Nilsen and Catherine Nilsen (Billstrom); and her siblings, Florence, Jeanette, June and Steven.
She is survived by: her husband Clarence Burns; her children, Gregory Burns (Cora) and Kimberly Putnam; her grandchildren, Brittany Hoosier (Tyler), Alexa Provenzano (Kyle), Grant, Gavin, Griffin and Grahm Burns; and her great grandchild Mia Provenzano.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Norma's name may be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, P.O. Box 1000, Dept. 142, Memphis TN 38148-0142.
