He was predeceased by: his parents, Domenico Puzzuoli and Maria Puzzuoli (Salvatore); and his sister Irma Catenacci. He is survived by: his wife Marisa Puzzuoli; his daughters, Sandra Mastroianni (Albert) and Michelle Muscedere (Remo); his grandchildren, Christian Mastroianni, Lucas Mastroianni, Alexa Muscedere and Max Muscedere; and his sister Elvira Puzzuoli. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
