He was predeceased by: his parents, Dominick W. 'Red' and Sylvia L. Verteramo Affinito; and his grandparents, John (Sylvia Affinito), Anthony and Theresa Verteramo.
He is survived by: his sister Laurie Affinito (Tammara); his uncles, Anthony, Tony and Shirley Verteramo; and his friend Claudia Schaffer. He is also survived by several nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
