She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Cuzzone and Rose Cuzzone (Santilli); and her husband Robert W. Chapman. She is survived by: her children, Gary Wilson (Kathy), Sally Cameron (late Michael), Timothy Chapman (Liz) and Stephen Chapman (Kimberly); her grandchildren, Sam Wilson (Kelsey), Morgan Wilson, Eric Cameron (Margaret), Emery McDonald (Nathan) and Robert Chapman; and her sister Dale Cohan.
