He was predeceased by: his mother Nancy Carr; and his brother Ernest Carr. He is survived by: his father Roger Carr; his wife Cathy Seiter Carr; his children, Jon, Kimmi and Rebecca; his siblings, Cathy Cranker (Carl), Roger Carr (Yvonne), Brian Carr (Lisa), David Carr (Cindy), Karen Carr and Mark Carr (Barbara); and his siblings-in-law, Gene, Diane Seiter and Mark Seiter. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
