He was predeceased by: his parents, Silvino "Sam" DiNardo and Lena Pilla DiNardo; and his brother Peter DiNardo. He is survived by: his wife Ann C. Andriano DiNardo; his children, Robert J. DiNardo and Lisa M. Croce; his grandsons, Vincent and Dominic Croce; and his sister Elaine Williams.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Our Lady Queen of Peace Church (210 Princetown Rd, Schenectady, NY 12306). A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.

“I offer my sincere and deepest condolence to Ann, Lisa and Bobby. It has been a blessing to know Bob from as long as I can remember. I remember Bob as always having a smile and making a light-hearted comment no matter what the situation was. He brightened a moment and left a lasting impression on me. He placed my first winning bet on one of his trips to Saratoga (Eddie Maple riding Tap Shoes in the 7th). I also was entrusted to his track spikes for the summer at SCCC. God Bless. David”
