Robert J. McDonald Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert J. McDonald of Schenectady, New York, who passed away on July 22, 2022. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren McDonald and Ruth McDonald; and his brother James McDonald. He is survived by: his sons, Nick McDonald (Anna) of Halfmoon and Shaun McDonald (Christine) of Rotterdam; his grandchildren, Kyler, Kaitlyn, Olivia, Eden and Jude McDonald; and his siblings, David McDonald, Helene Reilly, Ruth Ann Thayer and Kathleen VanRensburg.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Homeward Bound Dog Rescue in Bob's honor.
