He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Rapant and Mary Rapant (Toman); his wife Madeline Rapant (Mestyan); his siblings, Frank Rapant Jr., Ferdinand Rapant and Carolyn Smith; and his pets, Buford and Brutus.
He is survived by: his children, Kimberly LaBelle (Thomas) of Duanesburg and Robert Rapant Jr. of Massachusetts; and his grandchildren, Hayden LaBelle (Olivia) of Ballston Spa, Harrison Rapant (Shelby) of North Carolina and Samantha Rapant of Colorado.
