He was predeceased by: his parents, Bohdan Partak and Catherine Yanchunis Partak. He is survived by: his wife Margo Peacock Partak; his children, Lisa M. Giles (Michael) of Highland Mills, Megan A. Lynch (Matthew) of Hillsdale, NJ and Christopher Partak of Latham; his grandchildren, Parker, Cooper Giles and Cameron Lynch; his brother Robert J. Partak (Judith) of Halfmoon; and his brother-in-law Charles Peacock (Loretta) of Maryland. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
