She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Peterson (Doris) and Irene Campbell; and her significant other Phillip Parks. She is survived by: her children, Betsy A. Tope (Richard) of Glenville, David J. Nagay (Maria) of Perth and Lisa A. Nagay of Schenectady; her granddaughter Rachel Dente (Antonio); and her great grandchildren, Nicholas and Ryan.

Sally requested memorial donations be made to the Animal Protective Foundation, 52 Maple Ave. Scotia, NY 12302.
