He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Nappi Sr. and Gertrude Nappi (Horton); his brother Carl Nappi Jr.; his sisters-in-law, Nancy Nappi and Sandra Nappi; and his nephew Michael Nappi.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Nappi (Hinse); his children, Thomas K. Nappi (Missy), Melissa Banks and Lora Hyde (Christopher); his grandchildren, Jack Banks, Mason Banks, Ashley Hyde, Tommy Nappi, Kate Banks, Samantha Hyde, Tyler Nappi and Tessa Nappi; his brothers, Richard and Francis Nappi; and his sisters-in-law, Diane Nappi, Barbara Buchardt (Pete), Carol Shimkus (Dave), Judy Martin (Tom) and Nancy Shults.
