He is survived by: his wife Arlene Gyomory Kelly; his mother Mary Boyce Kelly; his children, Thomas J. Kelly Jr. (Patricia), Theresa Doty (Joseph), Christina Schmelzle (Brent), Laurie Rasmussen (Bryan) and Stephanie Cournoyer (Robert); his brother Paul Kelly (Patricia); his brother-in-law Shawn Heaney; and his grandchildren, Kaytlin, Thomas, Meghan (Claire Kelly), Avery (Carter Anderson), Reagan Doty, Ian, Kai (Roark Schmelzle), Ava (Emily Rasmussen) and Madeline (Brianna Cournoyer).
