He was predeceased by: his parents, George W. Wade and Mary C. Wade (Natoli); and his son Micheal J. Wade. He is survived by: his sons, William T. Wade, Matthew E. Wade and Nickolas H. Wade; and his sister Carol A. Wade-Gordon (William) of Colonie.
