He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilburne Dort and Bertha Dort (Lomasney); and his sister Phoenix Dort. He is survived by: his caregiver Sheila T. Dort (Ceccucci); his children, Kimberly Rosenberg (Edward) and Todd Dort (Jennifer); his daughter-in-law Janice Dort; his grandchildren, Mackenzie Dort, Emilee, Edward III, Rachel Rosenberg, Joshua Rosenberg (Jennifer), Enzo and Nico Dort; his great grandchildren, Brynn and Alaeyah Rosenberg; and his sisters, Eileen Brooks and Mary Martin. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
