He is survived by: his wife Catherine Micalizzi; his daughter Carla Gullotto; his son-in-law David Gulloto; his son Mark Micalizzi; his daughter-in-law Kali Micalizzi; his grandchildren, Tabitha, Damien, Alyssa, Brandon, Sebastian and Sabrina; and his great grandchildren, Alex, Tyler, Weston, Katerina and Clementine.
