He was predeceased by: his father Joseph Budka; and his brother Robert J. Budka. He is survived by: his wife Marlene F. Budka; his son Vincent J. Budka (Sharon); his grandchildren, Lori A. (Budka), Tara (Budka), Fitzgerald (Charles), Vincent Budka, Matthew Oudt, Kaitlyn Van (Oudt), Christian Gizara, Hannah (Gizara) and Robinson (Keith); and his great grandchildren, Kelly, Molly Fitzgerald and Amelia Van Dyke. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
