She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Ostrander and Estelle Ostrander (Croote); her husband Bernard; her sister Ruth Ahrens (Douglas); her grandson Timothy Brundege; and her nephews, Edward Ahrens and Robert St. Ives.
She is survived by: her pets, Missy, Bella and Daisy Mae; her daughters, Cathy Martino (Robert) and Lynn Brundege (late Linsley); her sister Lois Gorczynski (Robert) of Syracuse; her niece Pat VanDyke (Bill); her great-nephew Justin Roth (Brittany); her nephews, David Ahrens (Marie) and Dennis McGrath; her grandchildren, Louis Martino (Susan), Christopher Martino (Beverly) and Christine Kurkowski (Brian); her great grandchildren, Ben (Brenna), Beth (Ben Tario), Andrew Martino, Jet (Lou), Jade Martino, Sarah Kurkowski and Jerry Brundege; and her great great grandchild Kenadee Brundege. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, cousins and many treasured friends and neighbors.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 21st 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Bond Funeral Home (1614 Guilderland Ave, Schenectady, NY 12306). A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, January 21st 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
