He was predeceased by: his mother Tommie Jean Curl Smith; and his sister Sharon Smith McGrouty. He is survived by: his father Wendall F. Smith Jr. (Ida Pinkerton); his wife Kim Santor Smith; his children, Wendall and Michela; his stepdaughter Nicole; his sisters, Clara Gladd (Dave) and Debra Cruse (Richard); his brother-in-law Willam McGrouty; his godson Matthew Harvey; his cousins, Randy and Dicky; his close friend Denis Carringi (Roseann); and his caregivers, Jackie, Bill, Chris, Janet and Barbara. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
