Waters of Schenectady, New York, born in Omaha, Nebraska, who passed away on July 26, 2022, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Robert A. Waters, Jr.; and his wife Alberta Waters. He is survived by: his siblings, Robert J. Waters of Middleburgh, NY, Michael K. Reynolds of Richmondville, NY and Cheryl Piccirillo of Cohoes, NY; and his stepsiblings, Yvonne Bowen of Schenectady, Lori Arnold of Wisconsin, Susan Barstow of Cobleskill and Tom Bowen (Tony Bowen) of Florida. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
