He is survived by: his friend Brian; his wife Michele Bookhout; his children, Brianna Bookhout, Rowan, Harlow, Mikayla Bookhout (Devin Valtin), Malakhai Valtin, Taylor Bookhout (Ryan Watts), Hayden and Kennedy; his mother Barbara Bookhout; and his siblings, Brenda Stahl (Joseph), Bonnie Gray (Scott) and Bruce Bookhout (Dawn). He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, extended family members, and lifelong friends.
