He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Staruck and Jeanne Staruck (Merrill); and his former wife Helen Szot of Mary's Catholic Church. He is survived by: his fiancé Jean Krueger; his children, Joel Staruck of Schenevus, Stacey Staruck (Adam Pinkey) of Delhi, Jeremy and Tracy Staruck of Colorado; his partner's children, Justin, Christine Krueger of Warnerville, Elise and Daniel Cain of Georgia; his grandchildren, Sophia, Ryan, Jayson, Alexis and Ellie; and his siblings, Joseph, Judith Staruck of Schenevus and Sondra Marano of North Carolina. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
