He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Fair and Mary Fair (Fordyce); his son John "Matt" Fair of Sloansville; his wife Heather Fair (Smith); his son David W. Fair; and his brother William "Billy" Fair.

Memorial contributions may be made in memory of Jack to the Animal Shelter of Schoharie Valley, PO Box 40, Howes Cave, NY 12092.
