He is survived by: his children, Denise Tracy (Phil), John F. Murray Jr. (Kelly), Marilyn Mittleman (Gary) and Paul Murray (Kelley); his grandchildren, Daniel Tracy, Mark Tracy (Kriss), Andrew Tracy (Allie), Jack Murray (Lauren), Michael Murray (LeeAnn), MaryKate Geary (Ryan), Caitlin O'Haire, Caroline Mittleman, Matthew Mittleman, Erin Murray, Ryan Murray and Kiersten Murray; his great grandchildren, John M. Murray, Brendan Murray and Mac Murray; and his caregivers, Colleen, Jodi and Debra.
