He was predeceased by: his parents, Giulio Tozzi and Domenica Tozzi (DiTomasso); and his siblings, Nicola, Daniel, Yolanda (Caruso), Rita (Caruso), Jean (Patalino), Rocco and Anne Marie (Farina).
He is survived by: his siblings, Joseph Tozzi and Theresa Soldani; and his children, Tony Tozzi (Carole), Sharon Devane (Daniel), Michael Tozzi, Robert Tozzi, Susan Ferrara (John) and Andrew Tozzi. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
