She is survived by: her children, Duane Carter (SukCha), Cynthia Millington (Mark) and Rebecca Reynolds (Ben); and her grandchildren, Richard (Patricia), Joseph (Elena), Jeremy (Marie), Chris, Cori, Billy Joe Carter, Cassandra Lashley (Daniel) and Amanda Chrysler. She is also survived by many great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
