John William leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. John William’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew John William will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John W. Teeling Sr. and Elizabeth Teeling (Guida). He is survived by: his sister Deborah Malette of Waterford; his niece Stephanie Keller (Eric) of Troy; and his nephew Steven Malette (Elainor) of Hoosick Falls. He is also survived by several extended family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Dufresne & Cavanaugh Funeral Home (149 Old Loudon Rd, Latham, NY 12110). A prayer was held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Saratoga National Cemetery (200 Duell Rd, Schuylerville, NY 12871).
