He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick Powers and Mildred Powers (Carmody); and his brother Maurice Powers. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Brackley; his daughters, Joanne (Robert Conlen) and Patrice (James King); and his grandchildren, Nora Conlen, Anna King and Aidan King. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
