He is survived by: his daughters, Michelle (Drew Shaw), Monica and Elizabeth Mitchell; his grandchildren, Russell Percenti, Ella Shaw and Ada Grace Shaw; his siblings, Linda Dwyer (Michael), Nancy Guptill (Skip), June Conover, Joseph Mitchell III, Edith Sampson (Sam), Ruth Drumm, Debbie Humphrey (Paul), Susan Caswell, Sherry Kane (Dan) and William Mitchell (Tam); and his stepmother Helena Mitchell.
