She was predeceased by: her parents, Addis Rogers and Arlene Rogers (Carpenter); her daughter Kimberly Hill; and her sisters, Janet, Sandy and Cheryl.
She is survived by: her husband Charles Hoffman; her daughters, Debbi English, Pamela Worth (Steve) and Myla Hopkins (Jack); her stepchildren, Patricia Delone and Skip Hoffman (Jean); and her siblings, Frank Ubhaus (Jeanine) and Marcia Sawin. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Myla can be made to Saratoga Community Hospice or the Saratoga Hospital Foundation, Palliative Care Program.
