He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Ellsworth and Helen Ellsworth; and his siblings, Eugene, Ruth, Mary, Betty, Dick, Roger and Eileen.
He is survived by: his sister Joyce Cater (Al). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and great great nieces and nephews.
