He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Burch and Mary Townsend Burch; and his siblings, Clarence Burch and Pam Rogge (Noami). He is survived by: his sisters, Alma McInnery of Buskirk, Rita Cook of Kentucky and Helen Loveland of Cossayuna, NY; his children, Heather Cowles (Kelly) of Lebanon and Matthews Burch of Lebanon, TN; the mother of his children Celeste Burch of Lebanon, TN; and his close friend Sharon LeVoy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
