We are sad to announce that, on November 29, 2025, at the age of 88, Sandy Starteri of Schuylerville, New York, born in Middle Falls, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Starteri and Mother Josephine Starteri (Riccio); his wife Jeanne Starteri (Spellman); his siblings, Rocci Starteri, Patricia D'Arton and Mary Starteri; and his stepchildren, Charles Spellman Jr. and Deborah Miller.
He is survived by: his foster daughters, Lisa and Rosie O'Donnell; his stepdaughters, Susan Lapman, Marilyn Gaida and Donna Bradley; and his brothers, John Starteri (Judy), Michael Starteri, Samuel Starteri and Joseph Jr.. He is also survived by many grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
