He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert J. Vance and Dorothy Mundell Vance; his former wife Sandra Post Vance; his son Keith Vance; and his siblings, Elizabeth, Albert Jr. (Pat), Harold (Betty) and Gary.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Flynn-Vance; his son Kevin A. Vance (Laurie); his daughter-in-law Tammy Vance; his sister-in-law Kathy Vance; and his grandchildren, Josh Vance, Jordan Vance, Charles Vance and Brittney (McNamara). He is also survived by seven great grandchildren as well as many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
