Andrew Palmer Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Andrew Palmer (Scotia, New York), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 27, 2026 at the age of 58. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his parents, Kathleen Barney of St Louis, MO and Kenneth Palmer (Kaye) of Thousand Palms, CA.; his wife Kristina Heggen Palmer; his pets, Jack, Finn and Bodhi; his sisters, April Regester (Mark) of St Louis, MO and Theresa Malone (Jimmy) of Mechanicville, NY; and his sisters-in-law, Susan Heggen (Michael Rhodes) of Ballston Spa, NY and Lyn Heggen of Clifton Park, NY. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, extended family and dear friends.
