She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel J. Costello and Anna Kendall Costello; her husband Roy Simmons; her siblings, Dan Costello, Eileen Rogers, Ann Pate and Sandra Roddy; and her nieces and nephews, Kathy, Sue Ann, Philip, David and Joseph Pius.
She is survived by: her nephew Stephen Roddy. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
