With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Kathryn Brooks (Scotia, New York), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 3, 2026 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur J. Wood and Helen B. Wood. She is survived by: her children, Michael A. Brooks (Tracy) of Fl, Melinda A Brooks of Glenville, James L. Brooks III (Denise) of Rotterdam and Jeanna Brooks (Kurt) of Glenville, NY.; her grandsons, Christopher Brooks, Jonathan George and Dominick Brooks; and her pet Greta.
