He was predeceased by: his parents, David M. Lewis and Eleanor S. Lewis. He is survived by: his friend Schenectady; his siblings, Mark, Kevin (Susan), Kirk (Barbara) and Shelly Willard (Henry); his nephews, Nate, Brandon and Jack (Lis); and his niece Kerry.
