It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lucy J. Bartrum of Scriba, New York, who passed away on November 3, 2025, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Sharon Crofoot (Stacey); and her brother Kevin Crofoot. She is survived by: her father Harold Crofoot of Oswego; her children, David Clohecy Jr. (Jessica Allen) of Fulton, Alyscia Hinchman (Mike) of Kentucky and Shane Bartrum (Lara) of Florida; her siblings, Walter Crofoot (Shelly) of Fulton and Carrie Burdick (Rick) of Fulton; her grandchildren, Taylar, Johnathan, Brooke, Colten, Ryker, Bryson, Abygail, Bradlee, Kevin, Kelsey, Harper and Hudson; and her siblings' children, Baby Wally, Marissa, Sara and Tyler.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Volney Moose Lodge.
